About

AUXILIARY TOOLS OF UBERMAG is an auxiliary tutorial jointly written by Jinyu Zhang and Zhiyu Zhang from Northeast University of China. This code is based on the Ubermag project of Marijan Beg and Martin Lang et al., mainly to achieve more convenient skyrmion dynamics and richer plotting code.

Tutorials:

  • A more comprehensive user-defined drawing method based on Ubermag-discretefield function and matplotlib

  • Calculation of dissipative tensor D and tensor I in Thiele equation

  • Customize the skyrmion type based on polar coordinate form, define the skyrmion formation location and its size

  • Calculate the velocity of skyrmion and skyrmionium, and calculate the hall angle of skyrmion

  • Drawing 3D magnetic structure of skyrmion using paraview based on vtk file
