I have uncommented it. This will .cause the moban check of travis to fail. After coala/coala#6043 is merged, the moban will pass.

@Nosferatul @Makman2 This PR depends on coala/coala#6043. The same was done for requirements.txt as well to get travis to pass.
So get the PR to pass on appveyor and travis, I have temporarily used my own branch.
After coala/coala#6043 is merged, I can remove them.
