COVIDcast PNAS Papers: Source Code, Data, Text

Source code for Delphi's papers on our COVIDcast effort, published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences special issue "Beyond Cases and Deaths: The Benefits of Auxiliary Data Streams in Tracking the COVID-19 Pandemic" (vol. 118 no. 51, December 2021). Each directory contains the text, figures, and code used to produce each paper:
