It's me, Clayton!

I am a data scientist, botanist, and educator with a passion for communication and analysis! 🔬 🔭

Currently most proud of getting Pinball.guru up and running. My very own API querying, database building, analytics dashboard!

Quick breakdown:

  • For the record: Clayton M. Coffman, Ph.D.
  • Pronouns: He/Him
  • Formal education: Plenty, mostly in chemical ecology, botany, and entomology - but also much more.
  • Professional experiance - since H.S. I have had an entirely academic resume. I started working in labs my 2nd semester of undergrad and have been paid as either a lab worker or a science educator since then. I know a lot about science and how scientific research is conducted.
  • Finished an immersive data science course at General Assembly.
  • Currently learning about how to use machine learning to make sense from non-sense.
  • Ask me about Education, both the process and the system. I love finding ways to communicate new ideas.
