Drop nested child variants from Genotype and Haplotype #36

Right now variants inside a Genotype or Haplotype element are left and so are included in the content field in the output. Those child variants are fully duplicated with the variants in those child variants' own VariationArchive entry, so they should be removed from the output because they just take up space.
