This is the version 1.1 release.
This version includes the following features,
- Implement both shear and bulk delta f based on the Chapman-Enskog method and method of moments
- Implement a fast sampling algorithm for particle's momentum
- Allow to add spectators protons and neutrons in the generated particle samples
- Support output to binary format to save disk space
- Add some unit test modules
