For Facebook testing:
1. npm install facebook-js
2. npm install express
3. edit file /etc/hosts
add one line:
127.0.0.1 gtevents.localhost
4. add API keys (DEVELOPMENT keys if you're just testing)

Test Facebook connection:
1. unauthorize gtEvents-Developer application on facebook
2. open browser, enter gtevents.localhost:3000/login
3. the app will ask for permission and redirect to a page showing your name
