Admin can create Exam. Without creating an exam, courses assigned to any class won't work.
Following things happen when an exam is created:

While creating the exam, classes are assigned under this exam and the Exam is set as Active. For example:

If admin creates an exam named "1st Semester Exam 2019" and assigned class 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. Then all courses assigned to those classes will be assigned to this Exam.

As a result Teachers will be able to take attendance of students of those courses. Teachers will also be able to give marks to students for that Exam and quizes, class tests, assignments, practicals for those exam.
All created exams can be managed from "Manage Exam" page. Admin can do following things for managing exams:
- Can activate the exam.
- Can manage Notice published for the exam.
- Can manage Result published for the exam. This set the Exam as Completed. Hence makes it Inactive.
