Simulation

Simulation code is provided in this repo. It requires Pymosim v0.8.0 to run.

Tested with Python v3.7.10 and the following packages:

In Ubuntu, please make sure the OS contains Python virtual environment (python3.7-venv) and development (python3.7-dev), and gtk-3 (libgtk-3-dev) is also installed.
