Hi There! I'm Christi Fauci (@cfauci)

  • I'm a PhD Candidate at Duke University where I've spent a lot of my time developing software for our bioinformatics focused code-base gonomics
  • I have experience with Go, R, Bash, C shell, Z shell and Awk
  • I've worked in both a Linux environment and on MacOS
  • A lot of my large-scale projects have been completed on Duke's Computing Cluster where we use the Slurm job scheduler
