feat: add annotations on RBACs

Pull Request Motivation

On some K8S infrastructures, some people have security analysis tools. Some annotation acknowledge that for instance some Roles give access to Secrets or whatever.
This PR makes it possible. It's not as flexible as if we could add annotations based on Role name for instance, but that's a start and if needed, let's discuss about that ;-)
