Combined with a few simple questions this can deliver a report with 80% of the accuracy of the professional service. The tool uses a dataset of Salford City Council. CarbonCoop has signed a License to use it for the pourpose of the tool but cannot disclosure the contents of the dataset. Therefore anybody who want to use the tool with full functionality will require get a similar License.
