The code in this repo was created by me, and is no longer connected to the PoliceScorecard.org project. We have moved that code to a new repository. You can certainly make changes to this project if you wish, but since it is no longer tied to the PoliceScorecard.org website, it simply will not work.
Anyone wishing to make contributions to the project should use the new officially supported home for the repository:
