remove standalone hull.exe

Instead of writing temp files for Ken Clarkson's hull.exe to read, and then parsing hull.exe's output files, call Ken's C functions directly.

With/without system().

Scaffolding to verify that the old system("./hull") and the new build_convex_hull() make the same results.

Consider v1.0 to be the pre-git code published in 2002.
