Initial barebones release

This is the first distributed build of TACOS for Windows. Extract the ZIP to a location of your choice. Within the extracted folder, you'll find tacos.exe, run this. If you'd like to pin the program to your taskbar and have the correct icon, right-click the pinned app, mouse over "tacos" in the resulting dialog and right-click, select "properties". Click "Change Icon", navigate to the folder you extracted TACOS to and look in the img folder, there you should find "tacos.ico", select it and click "Open", then your app icon should be updated.
