Has this not been fixed a year later?

Same here. It show the message in the terminal: Error: Unable to shorten URL code=Request failed with status code 400
but are then presented as a 413 status code that indicates that the request was larger than the server is able to handle, either due to physical constraints or to settings. This is the different than the 494 error, but in the same error range.
