Mirai v105

This version will disconnect older peers v101 ,
adds a checkpoint,
adds a series of seed nodes for easier connection.

To use this clients seed nodes it is important to remove your existing file
peers.dat
in the mirai data directory or else the client will not use them at all.
it's also ok to have addnodes in your miria.conf.
