Version 0.3

This version completes the migration to the newer Sphinx-based jupyter-book as the build engine.

The source code and content of the book will continue to evolve, but hopefully the toolchain for building the rendered book will be a little more stable going forward.

Version 0.2

The first "official" release of the source code on github. This is the version that was current at the end of the Spring 2020 teaching semester.
