Factorio - power armor

Adds three more endgame armor items. These are high cost items that provide incremental improvements over Power Armor MK2.

Todo

• Fix technology icons not being scaled correctly (#1).
• Use existing armor graphic in the world.
• Custom world entity armor graphics!
