Converts vim color schemes to Visual Studio color schemes.

Note: This is incomplete. It worked well enough for me to get the wombat
color scheme for editing C++ but I haven't done any testing beyond that.
There are even random hard coded colors in the template I didn't bother
to replace. Changes welcome.

Usage: cs-vimtovs.py [options]

Options:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
  -f FONT, --font=FONT font face
  -p FONTSIZE, --fontsize=FONTSIZE
                        font point size
  -m VIM_COLORSCHEME, --vim=VIM_COLORSCHEME
                        vim colorscheme file
  -s VS_COLORSCHEME, --vs=VS_COLORSCHEME
visual studio colorscheme file to output

Example:
  $ python cs-vimtovs.py --font="Bitstream Vera Sans Mono" \
                         --fontsize=10 \
                         --vim=desert.vim \
                         --vs=desert.vssettings

Typically you'd want to use a filename with the extension .vssettings
for the VS_COLORSCHEME file because that's what Visual Studio expects.
After you've created your .vssettings file import the settings using
"Tools > Import and Export Settings..." from within Visual Studio.
