This is the source code for CRISPRAnalyzeR V1.50.
If you want to use it as a tool, you have several options:
either you use our hosted version @ http://www.crispr-analyzer.org
or you use the docker container @ https://hub.docker.com/r/boutroslab/crispranalyzer/
or you create your docker image as described in /docker/
