A complete list of supported websites endpoints are listed in https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/s3.html#s3_website_region_endpoints these changes add all the missing endpoints. Note that as of today Feb 2021 `cn-north-1` region isn't listed, but looks like is still in use.
