Since Cordova v7.x the default behavior for adding plugins is to install via npm rather than git clone See: blocshop#42

Since Cordova v7.x the default behavior for adding plugins is to install via npm rather than git clone. Creating a simple package.json to make it easier to install this plugin going forward.
