Bootstrap script to launch a GCP instance for bcnode mining with GPU

Requirements:

1. OS: Debian GNU/Linux 10
2. Zone: asia-southeast1-b
3. Machine Type: Custom , 8 CPU, 16 GB and 1 Navida Telsa P4
4. Disk Size: 100 GB SSD

(we have already created an instance template in GCP)
