When calling the API with the hand id 398b5fe2-da27-4772-81ce-37fa615719b5 the following game will be returned. This will allow developers to develop against a know endpoint (stub).
It is a heads up hand between Alice and Bob.
The contents of the deck will be (Cold Deck)
To be used via the mock API. Table ID = bf368921-346a-42d8-9cb8-621f9cad5e16 Hand ID = 398b5fe2-da27-4772-81ce-37fa615719b5
