Hi I am Biswajit 👋

  • 🔭 I’m currently working on biophysics of DNA organization using Microscope and Data analysis. I am developing a software that helps analyze DNA-protein interactions; the data being recorded on a microscope preferably at single molecule level.
  • 🌱 I’m currently learning machine learning for the analysis biological images.
