defect(1.0.17):Unable to get Person Credential

Description of problem

It looks like the app attestation credential cannot be accepted.

Expected behavior

Steps to reproduce

• In the home screen, find the "get your person credential" then tap on "start"
• In the Person Credential Screen, tap on "Start the process"
• Stuck at "Please wait as we get things ready for you"

NOTE: if you go to the home screen, the credential offer is there, but trying to manually accept it cause the error shown in the screenshot
