Work Environment Survey employee engagement states

• Plots showing the number of public service employees in six different engagement states, and how those numbers have changed between 2013 and 2015.

• The BC Stats website has more information about the British Columbia Public Service Work Environment Survey

Usage

Interactive app

To run the app locally:

• Clone this git repository
• Open the app/ui.R file or app/server.R file in RStudio
• Click the Run App button

Data

The data for the tables and graphs has not been publically released. The code uses test data, with randomized values.

Code

The code for this data visualization and web application is written in R:

a freely available language and environment for statistical computing and graphics which provides a wide variety of statistical and graphical techniques: linear and nonlinear modelling, statistical tests, time series analysis, classification, clustering, etc. from CRAN, The Comprehensive R Archive Network
