Setup.

Download the most recent monument data from the RCE:

Step 1: Download the monumentendatabank from https://cultureelerfgoed.nl/node/1341
Step 2 and 3: Extract the database and add it to the data sub folder
Step 4: Create an ODBC connection
Step 5: update the config.ini
