add AC4 signaling for IMS stereo and CBI(channel based immersive) in HLS #901

This PR includes two supports in HLS:

supports Dolby AC4 IMS stereo signaling in CHANNELS as "2/IMSA".
supports Dolby AC4 channel based immersive in CHANNELS as "xx/IMSA". xx refers to the number of channels in track, channel based immersive is recognized as the presents of two top channels (Tl, Tl) and four back channels (Ls, Rs, Lb, Rb).


          add AC4 HLS signaling for IMS and CBI(channel based immersive).
