some will be removed in guzzle 8
guzzle 6 doesnt have Utils::defaultUserAgent()

changed defaultagent detection behaviour to the one available in Utils Class
Utils::defaultUserAgent()
guzzle function.php:
" * @deprecated default_user_agent will be removed in guzzlehttp/guzzle:8.0. Use Utils::defaultUserAgent instead."
