Adding Coursicle's loginless system

Included a link to the blog post detailing how loginless is implemented.

Coursicle helps students plan their class schedule and get notified when classes open up. It should be included because it has an account-like system called "Loginless" which doesn't require registration and is persistent and restorable. The implementation details for the Loginless system can be found here.
