New features added

Release notes -

• data.table library added as default for export_table and import_table
• Now you can directly read/write in geojson and geopkg using import_st and export_st
• The much awaited feature — you can now see the progress of upload/download. Set parameter show_progress = TRUE in your import/export functions to see the progress. Default is set to FALSE.
