This project analyses and predicts the house sales in King County (USA), between May 2014 and May 2015. The original dataset can be found on Kaggle.

All the files of this project are saved in a GitHub repository.

Report Formats

The report of this analysis comes in three formats:

• GitHub Markdown: to be easily read on the GitHub repository.
• HTML: to be consulted in a web browser and/or printed.
• Shiny App: to add interactivity and provide enhanced readability.

Google Map API

The project collects static map tiles from the Google Maps Static API. It uses an API key stored in the file google.api store in the root directory. You should visit the Google API Console to generate your own API key and save it in the file google.api to be able to generate your own maps.
