Algencan 3.1.1 Wrapper for Julia.

WORK IN PROGRESS.

lib/convert.sh is a Bash script for converting Algencan as a static library to a shared library. Note that Algencan has to be compiled with -fPIC for this script to work.

Please check example.jl for usage.
