Library Rest Web Service with Spring boot for Backend Download and unzip the project (intellij or eclipse workspace) but according to me, i suggest you tu use intellij as me
Importation Under Eclipse : File -> Import -> Gradle ...
Under Intellij : open
After opening, you can change the port into file application.properties
Launching Launch the main program: https://github.com/armelsanou/library/blob/main/src/main/java/com/library/LibraryApplication.java
After running, open your browser and navigate to: http://localhost:8081 your can change the port into this config file https://github.com/armelsanou/library/blob/main/src/main/resources/application.properties
To get prepared data, you can import this https://github.com/armelsanou/library/blob/main/library.sql sql script for database, or you can directly create your own data because database is autaumatically generated
signIn as admin with admin@admin.com (this is admin) as login and admin as password or armel@sanou.com as login and armel as password (this is as simple user)
To get uploaded a file into server: http://localhost:8081/downloadFile/fileName.extension
To get upload a file into server: http://localhost:8081/uploadFile/ then add requestParam named file
Uploaded files are saved into directory: https://github.com/armelsanou/library/tree/main/src/main/resources/uploaded-images

Test with curl Get a the list of books :
