v4.6.1 - Fixes uh-ohs from 4.6

For anyone who grabbed v4.6 in the 12 hours of it's lifetime, you probably ran into a lot of directory errors, and nothing seemed like it updated.

Well apparently the text editor I used felt it was a good idea to inject a LOT of erroneous characters into my code. So I spent the better part of this morning fixing that.

Everything is back to normal now, so enjoy!

Releases will now be tracked via this release interface on github, so you can manually grab different release versions from here if you so choose.

Release notes will be here now instead of in the Readme file.
