- Refrain from asking PhantomJS contributors/developers directly. Use the above mailing-list only.
- Do not post questions to the issue tracker. It is reserved for reporting specific issues or bugs.
Things to remember when you ask a question:

Search the archive before you ask a question. A similar discussion might have taken place before.

Provide detailed information, e.g. operating system (and its version), PhantomJS version, test script, etc.

We offer our help on a voluntary basis, you can't expect us to be 100% at your disposal. Be patient, no need to insist on the "urgency". If you need a faster solution, find a nearby consultant and get professional support.

We love to grow our community, and thus we like to help the beginners. After all, every expert was a beginner at some point in his lifetime. However, nobody likes lazy beginners. Thus, if you face a problem, try to analyze and solve it yourself first before asking for help.

PhantomJS is a big project, you must be willing to spend your time and effort to learn it. Remember, you can not become a Grand Master just by skimming some chess learning book (unless you are Chuck Norris).
