I see no way of removing a tag, after adding one through the UI. It doesn't show up in the editor, which would be, as far as my research goes, the default way of removing a tag.

Ah yeah this is because we kind of moved to embedded tags, of the form #<tag># in the markdown. I kind of want to phase out the mechanism of like adding tags directly other than embedded.

Do you prefer the metadata tags much more to tags inside content? Either I'll fully phase them out or I'll add something to delete them.

I might just do the latter.

I just noticed, that the UI is offering to add tags and then suddenly tag support ends there in the UI.

If you are going to phase out tags via UI, in the first place, then it should probably be fine to focus on embedded ones.

Although, how will tags be managed, when looking at tags and different documents in the UI?
