This folder contains files that are related to the image analysis pipeline:
- project.jip is the JIPipe project that applies the analysis. Please note that you need to modify the structure of the "File Handling" compartment to include/exclude directories into/from the analysis.
- Methods_Supplements_Image_Analysis.pdf contains a description of the pipeline
JIPipe version 1.80.0 is required to run the pipeline. You can find a pre-packaged version of this tool in the Releases section.
