The official major release of Ascension III - v3.0.0 has arrived. Finally! Features include a completely rewritten backend, a redesigned UI and a heavily updated rendering framework. The app itself has been subject of countless improvements on it's way to reach this milestone. ASCII for example now renders with a new font (BlockZone) by default, which is a faithful, pixel-perfect recreation of the original DOS font. Enjoy!
Note: Both legacy apps (Ascension v2.x, Escapes v1.x) have been merged into Ascension III and all the sources have been released under the BSD 3-Clause License now.
