sudo /etc/init.d/nginx reload
sudo /etc/init.d/nginx start

Allow start/stop service from php

    sudo visudo

    add line www-data ALL = NOPASSWD: /usr/sbin/service you-stream_serv stop, /usr/sbin/service you-stream_serv start

    sudo visudo -c
