This project is a customer satisfaction survey form webpage built using HTML and CSS. It allows users to provide feedback on a product or service and share their opinions and suggestions.

• The webpage has various questions that collect information such as name, email, age, frequency of interaction, happiness level, recommendation likelihood, favorite aspects and improvement feedback.
• The webpage uses different types of input elements such as text, email, number, radio, checkbox and textarea to capture the user responses.
• The webpage uses HTML to structure the content and form elements and relevant attributes such as id, class, placeholder, min, max and required.
• The webpage uses CSS to style the appearance and layout of the elements. It uses a linear gradient background with shades of black, gray and red. It uses a white color for the body text and a red color for the submit button. It uses margins, alignment and spacing to create a visually appealing and readable design.

Installation
