Fix typos

Those resources are converted to C and embedded into the final binary
during the build. There is no point in also installing them to
$(PREFIX)/share/doc/goaccess/

Packaging improvements

This fixes a bug when the DB path does not contain a trailing slash, say
/path/to/db. Instead of creating the DB files under /path/to/db, they
would be created under /path/to, with names starting with `db`.

tc_db_set_path: accept db path with no trailing slash

fixes allinurl#448

`get` substring may happen in additional headers (i.e. `Host:` one)
so parsing will fail resulting in 400 return code (Bad request)

websocket: use uppercase method name only

With OpenSSL 1.1, many deprecated functions were removed.  Unfortunately,
the current configure script checks for these functions, causing an error
during compiling.

Change the script to look for non-deprecated functions, which exist
on both 1.0 and 1.1.

This fixes the build on Debian and Arch.

Move the creation of the websocket fifo from ws_start() to ws_init().

There exists a race condition where the websocket thread gets delayed
until after the main thread runs.  The main thread then tries to open
the fifo before the websocket has a chance to create the fifo,
resulting in a crash.

By moving this to ws_init(), it can be called from the main thread.

In order to prevent a race condition where the fifo is accessed
before it is created, call ws_init() from the main thread before
firing off the websocket thread.

Some browsers require a websocket connection to an encrypted server
be made using the "wss://" uri.

This patch checks to see if the protocol is https, and sets a default
protocol of "wss://" if this is the case.

goaccess.conf: add missing audio/video extensions

`docker/` is the more standard location to keep files (and looks nicer)

This allows testing new configurations more easily, etc.

No need to persist this into runtime environment. Also, this way you can
customize the build/runtime dependencies on the docker command line.

This also allows the ability to use wild cards. For instance,

'*' matches 0 or more characters (including spaces)
'?' matches exactly one character

hide-referer *.domain.com
hide-referer ww?.domain.*

This should help prevent potential attacks using insecure temporary
files.

Docker cwd

This should address the issue where it wasn't possible to set max-items
for a JSON/CSV output larger than MAX_CHOICES (366) when goaccess was
ran inside a Docker container.
