Assignment 3 - Weathermood Todo

In this assignment, you are asked to improve your todo function using relational database.

Requirement

1. Design the DB schema.
2. Store and get data from DB.
3. Must have pagination function.
4. Deploy to AWS (so you need to use AWS RDS)
   You still need to use redux

Submit

1. One submission per team.
2. Submit BOTH client / server side code to GitLab.
3. Add another readme file which notes :
   1. Your team member's contribution.
   2. Your website url.
