@tm8544 Looks like your changes in #1478 are mixed with this PR? @alextselegidis to avoid issues with migration numbering it would be good to know the planned merging order as this clashes with my PR #1479 |

Allow default values for timezone and language to be set in General settings. These will be used for new admins, providers, secretaries and customers (both tz and lang) and new appointments (tz).
