By this milestone, we should be confident that we are able to run the pipeline, in its entirety, for the "Three Cities"

• Run the pipeline from the beginning (potentially beginning directly after the main downloads)
• Select, one of either the bash script (python/debiasing/three_cities_debiasing_cropped.sh) or the python debias_wrapper (python/debiasing/debias_wrapper.py) to call the later stages related to the three cities.

It is very likely that issues currently marked with this milestone are not sufficient to achieve it. There will be additional tasks that will need to be completed. These should be added to Github as new issues and marked with this milestone
