Not only Chrome browser but also IE, has this same problem, when you guys check this. Please consider IE as well |

Issue 3099 really leads to a very bad experience when input Chinese. And maybe some other languages...
There's a temporarily fix in issue 3097, but seems there's no PR for this. So i made this PR.
I'm not sure the fix is good or not. If it's bad, just ignore this and sry for bother your PR. But wish for a fix ASAP.
