Requirements

1. jQuery or other AJAX microlibrary
2. IE8/9 support: jQuery-ajaxTransport-XDomainRequest

Getting Started

1. Include jQuery
2. If you need IE8/9 support, also include jQuery-ajaxTransport-XDomainRequest
3. Include this library
4. Serialize (preview) an order
5. Create an order
