I'm Aiden, a Computer Science student at UCLA. I'm passionate about computer networking, space technology, and entrepreneurship, and I have experience leading and building products from the ground up. I am currently a SWE intern working on Unsteady Pressure Sensitive Paint at NASA.
Most recently, I was a SWE intern working on database replication and distributed systems at MongoDB. Before that I was a Data Science Intern at NASA Ames Research Center working on NLP modeling of NOTAMs for Data & Reasoning Fabric. Previously, I was a SWE Intern at Meta working on data de-identification of Off-Facebook Activity in Privacy Infrastructure and before that I was a SWE Intern at NASA Johnson Space Center on the command and data handling team for the Artemis avoinics division, where I worked on time-triggered ethernet for the Gateway HALO module. I am currently the software lead for ELFIN, and my prior experiences include a SWE internship at CDK Global, MLH Fellowship, Research at UCLA, and Co-Founding Nomad (successfully exited).
Some of my work include:
- ๐ Gateway, NASA's Moon outpost that will support Artemis missions and deep space exploration
- ๐ Pearpy, a Python package that simplifies process parallelization across multiple CPU threads
- ๐ฐ๏ธ ELFIN, UCLA's award winning 3U cubesat satellites measuring electron scattering in low earth orbit
